Compilation of national reports and outcomes of experts' consultations (experts involved in the project, CPT, SPT, DCI-national sections, international NGOs, and human rights bodies); assessment of the quality of the national reports and feedback to the respective partners, including recommendations for improvement if needed.

The kick-off seminar gathered experts and partners from the project to share information, create synergies, buils mutual trust and establish a common working methodology.

Elaboration of 14 national reports on the existence, implementation and effectiveness of monitoring, inspection and complaint mechanisms (including the recommendations made by the CPT and the SPT over the last 10 years).

A website will be developed to facilitate access to information on the project as well as all of its achievements: the 14 national reports, the "European Overview" report, the Practical Guide, the brochure and a list of references and publications. All documents will be freely accessible to download in both French and English.
