Project experts and partners contribute to the evaluation of the quality and relevance of the Guide's first version, taking into account the reality of each national context and by adopting a multi-disciplinary approach with the overall aim of creating the most practical and adapted working tools.

In light of national reports, of the "European Overview" report (including the main results from national research in the 14 partners states) and of expert's recommendations, the coordinator produces a practical guide for professionals in charge of the monitoring of places of deprivation of liberty for minors.

Drafting of the first version of the Guide, taking into account the results and recommendations formulated by each partner country in their national report and by the team of experts regarding the report "European Overview" during the second seminar on 16 and 17 December 2014 in Brussels.
